Vertical Direct Feeding Design:
The mold is placed horizontally while the feeding method adopts vertical direct feeding, effectively preventing material blockage. This design provides wide material adaptability and excellent heat dissipation performance.
High-Quality Core Components:
The mold is manufactured using wear-resistant stainless steel with vacuum furnace carburizing heat treatment, ensuring uniform hardness and strong wear resistance. The vertical double-layer mold design improves utilization efficiency, reduces operating costs, and delivers excellent cost performance.
Strong Transmission System:
The motor and gearbox are connected through a plum blossom coupling, making disassembly and maintenance easier. The gearbox adopts a three-stage reduction structure with strong load-bearing capacity. The unique spindle separation design ensures equipment concentricity and significantly reduces failure rates.
Automatic Lubrication & Cooling System:
The machine is equipped with its own lubrication and cooling system, allowing continuous operation without shutdown. The fully automatic intermittent lubrication system supports 24-hour operation and extends the service life of wearing parts.

Advanced Feeding System Design:
The unique external rotary feeding device prevents the slewing bearing from being corroded by high-temperature steam inside the discharge cover, greatly improving the service life of the feeding system components.
