When materials enter the rotating drum, the combined effect of the drum’s inclination and rotation causes the materials to continuously flip and roll over the screen surface. This movement allows qualified materials (undersized products) to pass through the screen holes and discharge through the outlet located at the bottom rear end of the drum. Oversized or unqualified materials are discharged separately through the outlet at the tail end of the drum.
The continuous rolling action inside the drum also helps prevent screen blockage by ejecting materials stuck in the screen holes, ensuring stable screening performance and high working efficiency. With its durable structure, reliable operation, and effective material separation capability, the Rotary Screen is widely used in recycling, mining, waste processing, and material handling industries.
