During operation, natural air enters the cooler from the bottom through a large air inlet area, ensuring high air utilization and efficient heat exchange. As the air moves upward through the material layer, it first contacts the cooler pellets and gradually absorbs heat from the hotter materials above, resulting in smooth and balanced cooling performance.
The Counter Flow Cooler features low energy consumption, easy operation, and excellent cooling efficiency. The pellets are cooled evenly and thoroughly, improving product quality and storage stability. It is equipped with a unique slide valve vibration discharge system that ensures stable operation and smooth material discharge. After cooling, the pellet temperature is typically maintained at approximately room temperature +5°C to 15°C, making it ideal for safe handling and storage.
