Technical Specification

The Tray Dryer is designed for efficient and uniform drying of materials. Its heating elements are made of high-grade imported nichrome wire, insulated inside porcelain beads, and strategically placed at the bottom and side ribs to ensure consistent temperature throughout the chamber.

Temperature is digitally controlled using an imported capillary-type thermostat, adjustable from 50°C above ambient to 180°C ±0.5°C. The control knob is graduated in centigrade degrees after actual temperature observation in steady state, allowing precise regulation.

Air ventilator ports are provided on the top sides to ventilate fumes and assist the convection process. The equipment comes with an electric panel featuring a thermostat control knob or digital temperature controller, ON/OFF switch, and indicator lights for easy and safe operation.
