The machine improves grain appearance, enhances milling efficiency, and reduces contamination in the final flour.
Operation:
Grains are tangentially fed into a horizontal rotor, which is specially designed to pick up and guide the grains through scouring jackets. The friction between the grains and scouring jackets or beaters effectively removes husks, dust, chaff, insect fragments, and other unwanted particles. Over-tailing is directed to an aspirator for further cleaning, ensuring optimum separation of impurities. The machine is designed so that broken grains, hollow kernels, and fine debris are collected separately in hoppers, allowing better control over product quality and reducing wastage.
- High cleaning efficiency: Removes husks, dust, chaff, insect fragments, small seeds, and hollow kernels.
- Durable construction: Heavy-duty rotors, scouring jackets, and beaters for long-lasting operation.
- Optimized grain flow: Tangential feeding ensures uniform scouring without damaging grains.
- Separate collection hoppers: Allows easy segregation of broken, hollow, and tailings material.
- Adjustable friction and rotor speed: Customizable to different grain types and cleaning requirements.
- Reduced manual labor: Automates the scouring process for higher throughput.
- Low maintenance & energy-efficient operation for cost-effective performance.
