The Rotary Separator consists of a sieve box enclosed in a sturdy steel housing, suspended and freely swinging on four sets of rods. The sieves are kept clean by rubber balls, which prevent clogging and ensure efficient screening.
The material enters through the inlet and falls onto the coarse screen, which removes large impurities such as straw, strings, and stones when used as an intake separator. In the screening section, it can also remove materials such as maize, peas, and other oversized impurities.
The second deck sieve further separates broken kernels, sand, and smaller impurities, ensuring effective cleaning and improved grain quality for the next stage of processing.
