Safety Features:

a) Special provision prevents the operator from opening the door in following events:

• When the chamber is under pressure

• When one door is open the other cannot be opened (for Sterilizer with 2 Doors).

b) The sterilizer is provided with triple safety. • Pressure control switch which automatically cut off the pressure at required set value.

Three spring loaded safety valves one each at chamber and jacket & boiler level.
A dead weight safety valve at chamber level.

(d) A powerful Ejector (for drying sterilized linen) circulates air through the chamber. The circulating air passes through a corrosion resistant metal wool filter.

(e) Automatic vacuum breaker is provided to break vacuum in case of vacuum formation due to steam condensation.
