Working Process
- Material Feeding – Grain or other free-flowing material is continuously fed into one or two weigh hoppers until a preset level is reached.
- Temporary Feed Stop / Diversion – The feed is stopped briefly or diverted to the second hopper.
- Accurate Weighing – The hopper material is weighed using load cell technology.
- Material Discharge – The weighed material is discharged from the hopper.
- Process Repeats – Feeding resumes and the process continues in cycles.
- Data Recording – The measured weight data is sent to a totalizer and displayed on the HMI screen.
This design allows continuous flow of material through the system, ensuring upstream and downstream processes remain uninterrupted.
