Length Grader

Length Grader is designed to separate broken rice from head (whole) rice based on the difference in grain length. As the rice passes through the rotating indented cylinder, the shorter broken grains fit into the indents, while the longer head rice continues to move forward inside the cylinder. This precise length-based separation ensures accurate grading, improved product quality, and higher market value of the final rice output. The collected broken rice is then discharged into a U-shaped trough and conveyed out through a screw conveyor, ensuring efficient and accurate separation with consistent grading performance.
