It is custom made sewing automation for stitching 6mm thick and hard PP or Leather belts.
This video explains how to attach lifting loops to FIBC big bags body by automatic sewing machine. Sew lift loops to body of Polypropylene Big or Bulk Bags better than any other machine built today. This specialized Jumbo bag sewing automation is free programmable, so you can create any sewing pattern for example X-Box, double W etc. depending on what your customer’s requires. The wide sewing area 200 mm (X- axis) x 500 mm (Y- axis) allow the machine bed insert into body of Big Bag, Jumbo bags, Bulk bags, Super Sacks bag. Equipped with largest horizontal axis hook and extra large capacity bobbin (6 times bigger than normal bobbin) can do upto 50cm.
