The RRR Auto Side Folding and Hemming Machine is fully automatic. The machine typically folds both edges of a flat fabric or narrows the fabric’s width. So, this pre-folding on the two sides of the fabric offers strong support for the fabric. The machine helps fold big stocks of different size fabrics and saves tons of time and manual effort. A single operator can easily manage the whole process. The operator can control the working speed. Once the roll is replaced, the edge control unit can center the fabric. Adjusting the required width of a fabric can be easily done by widening or narrowing the distance between two sewing heads. Sewing heads used in this machine are Newlong DN2HS and DN2LHS. The machine can be attached to a fabric cutting or cutting & spout cutting machine.
