Working Principle
The grain to be cleaned is fed onto an inclined vibrating deck fitted with a specially designed screen.
- Positive air pressure is applied to create a fluidized bed of grain on the screen.
- Due to the difference in specific gravity, heavier materials such as stones move upwards along the deck.
- The lighter grain flows down the incline and exits separately.
This process ensures efficient separation of stones from grains.
